A fun new idea for oreo balls: oreo ball pops! Who doesn’t love a good sucker? Now you can combine two of your favorite desserts into one amazing and fun dessert. Great for kids, and great for the older crowd as well! Follow along with these simple instructions to make your own:
What you will need:
- Oreo balls (make them from your favorite recipe)
- Melted chocolate
- A healthy appetite!
Go ahead and make your oreo balls from your favorite recipe, but don’t dip them in chocolate quite yet. Dip one end of each of the cookie sticks into the melted chocolate about 3/4 of an inch in, and while the chocolate is still warm, stick a cookie stick into each oreo ball chocolate-dipped side first. Place the oreo ball pops on a tray and cool in the fridge for a few hours. Once the chocolate on the sticks has hardened and the oreo balls have hardened up a bit, take them out of the fridge and then dip them as you usually would for your normal oreo ball recipe. Apply your favorite toppings and allow to cool once again.
Serve and enjoy!
